By creating an account or using Mommity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Medical disclaimer
Mommity provides general maternal-health information and AI-assisted guidance for educational purposes only. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. In an emergency, go to the nearest health facility or call local emergency services (e.g. 119) immediately. Do not rely on the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mommity.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information so the app can support you well.
Acceptable use & community
Be respectful in the community. Do not post harmful, abusive, false or medically dangerous content, spam, or others' private information. We use automated moderation and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI features
AI responses may be incomplete or occasionally inaccurate. Use them as general guidance only and confirm important decisions with a healthcare provider.
Intellectual property
Mommity and its content are protected by applicable law. You may use the app for your personal, non-commercial maternal-health needs.
Service availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Some features need internet; others work offline.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mommity is not liable for any harm, loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the app or its content, including AI guidance.
Termination
You may stop using Mommity and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon.
